AUB WhatsApp Banking is a simple way to address your banking requirements 24/7 through an easy-to-use and secure channel. This new service is powered artificial intelligence to provide you with instant answers in response to enquiries about the bank’s products and services, branches and ATMs and to assist you in conducting banking transactions.
Registration is not required for information and enquiries. As for banking transactions, you can enable this service through our internet banking on MyE-Bank
>Log on to AUB’s Internet banking portal
>On the navigation bar
>Click on User Profile → WhatsApp SettingsorClick directly on the WhatsApp icon in the Navigation bar
>FIRST TIME REGISTRATION
>If you are registering for the first time, the following screen will appear
>Check “I Agree” accept the terms and conditions, then click “Subscribe”
>You will receive an OTP on the mobile number registered with the bank.
Enter the OTP and click “Next”
>Once the OTP is verified you will see a confirmation of your successful registration.
>INACTIVE USER
>If you have already registered and then unsubscribed, you will see the following screen after clicking on WhatsApp Settings.
>Check “I Agree” then click “Activate Subscription”, and you will receive an OTP on the mobile number registered with the bank.
>Enter the OTP and click “Next”
>Once the OTP is verified you will see a confirmation of your successful registration.
>UNSUBSCRIBE
>Click on Unsubscribe any time to unsubscribe from the Transactional services through WhatsApp.
Anyone can chat with us on WhatsApp! If you are don’t have an account or any products from AUB you can still chat with us and get the following information:
