The Bank offers the complete range of Property Finance products for property investors and developers committed to the commercial office, retail, industrial, residential and student accommodation markets in England and Wales.

The London Property Finance team has a wealth of experience in the property market of England and Wales. Over the past 35 years, the team has provided innovative funding solutions and support to investors and developers who are interested in adding value to their property investments, be it through development, refurbishment or by actively managing their investment properties to maximise rental income flows. The team has the expertise and capability to provide wide ranging financing products primarily focussing on senior debt facilities, either on a conventional or Shariah compliant basis. Detailed below are our indicative terms for a well let and located investment facility:

Location England & Wales only
Maximum LTV 65%
Facility Sizes £5m – £45m
Term 2 to 7 years
Minimum Margin 2.25%+ (over SONIA) – Hedging arrangements on request
Minimum Arrangement Fees 0.65%+

(As at November 2022 and is subject to change)

We also provide development finance up to a maximum of 55% of GDV or 65% of total cost; full indicative terms can be provided upon request.
