Whether providing finance to an individual or a company we do not differentiate on price and application fees. We are able to lend on a Regulated, Consumer Buy to Let (CBTL) or Buy to Let basis and consideration can be given to income earnt in both GBP and Foreign Currency.
Our lending is primarily secured against properties located in Prime, Central and Outer London and within the Home Counties, however, as our terms and lending criteria can be tailored to individual needs we may be able to consider other locations on a case by case basis.

In accordance with FCA guidelines new applications for a Mortgage Payment Holiday closed with effect from 31 March 2021.
